Refund Policy

Membership Year

The WSHA membership calendar runs from July 1st to June 30th each year.  Since WSHA is a dues-based organization and fully funded by our members, a full-year membership will be charged regardless of the month you join.  Memberships and events are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellation of WSHA Membership and Events

You may cancel your membership at anytime; however, because WSHA is a dues-based organization, we do not offer refunds on memberships or events.

Transfer of WSHA Membership

WSHA Memberships are non-transferable.

Overpayment Refund

When an error has been made by WSHA or a banking facility which results in an overpayment, WSHA will refund the overpayment by either a credit or check depending on the form of payment received. Checks will be sent within 30 days to the address on record. Where a member is responsible for the overpayment, the amount may be credited to the membership.

Terms and Conditions of Membership Products and Services

The WSHA policy only allows services to be provided to members in good standing. If a member fails to pay their membership dues within one (1) month of the due date, the member will not be entitled to the privileges of a WSHA membership. Membership can be re-instated upon payment of the dues. There are no refunds on products purchased.

Additional Costs Incurred During the
Processing of WSHA Membership Dues

The member will be responsible for all unexpected costs incurred by WSHA in the processing of membership fees. Such costs include (but are not limited to) dishonored check fees or bank charges made as a result of insufficient funds or closed accounts.

Webinars, Online/On-Demand Educational Sessions

Once your registration is processed, we are not able to issue refunds or cancel your registration. – These files contain audio, video, and textual content from our in-person programs and/or electronic products which are downloadable making refunds unavailable.

Delivery and Shipping Method

Proceedings books are shipped via regular mail unless otherwise specified.

Payment Receipts

Membership and event receipts are sent via emailed when an email address is provided. We are always happy to email or mail a copy of your event or membership purchase upon request.
